Certified Health Coach
I am a qualified Holistic Health Coach for women suffering hormonal symptoms and imbalance. Whether that be missing periods, painful periods, pre-menstrual syndrome, acne, bloating, fatigue, diagnoses like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis, or any woman who feels like their body is working against them.

I have a particular interest in the role hormones play in a women’s ability to thrive, but I haven’t always been this way. My passion comes from my own experience, I suffered heavy, painful periods with my PCOS diagnosis and missing periods after coming off the oral contraceptive pill.
I thought I was stuck with period problems for life, until I found a natural approach to health – eating and moving to support my cycle has changed my life and I want others to know that bloating, chronic fatigue, acne, pain and discomfort is NOT part of being a woman.

I offer 1-2-1 support and guides for women of a reproductive age (18-35), looking for guidance and knowledge about their bodily systems, how to support their hormones and understand themselves better than ever.

Statistics show that 80% of women suffer from hormonal imbalance, and many are unaware of their body’s ability to self-heal. In both my personal and professional experience, a holistic approach to hormonal health has proven very successful.
